Qaiser Nawab
Qaiser Nawab is an internationally recognized youth activist, award-winning advocate, and one of the most dynamic emerging voices in global governance, peacebuilding, and sustainable development. Currently a law candidate at the University of London, he combines his legal expertise with a remarkable record of activism, leadership, and innovation in international diplomacy and conflict resolution. He serves as Senior Partner & Director of Innovation, Training, and Development at Pacta Lexis, a global legal and training firm specializing in ADR, ODR, mediation, and international dispute resolution.
As Founder & Chairman of the Belt and Road Initiative for Sustainable Development (BRISD), Qaiser leads global dialogue and research on sustainable growth, South–South cooperation, and climate diplomacy. He has organized and delivered multiple international trainings and workshops across Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, equipping young leaders, policymakers, and professionals with the skills to engage in mediation, diplomacy, and sustainable development.
Recognized worldwide, he is a Commonwealth Youth Gender Champion (2019, South Africa), Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society (UK), and recipient of the Pride of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Award (2024, Pakistan). His leadership has been honored across continents, including the UK Youth Award at the Houses of Parliament (2016, London) and the Youth Visioneer Award (Canada, 2020).
Qaiser has represented civil society and youth at the United Nations General Assembly, Security Council side events, COP Conferences (26, 27, 28, 29), UNESCO, UNEP, ECOSOC, the World Economic Forum, Stockholm+50, Paris Peace Forum, World Science Forum, and the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM). With extensive engagement in diplomacy, he has personally met and collaborated with world leaders such as Nobel Laureate Malala Yousafzai, UN Secretaries-General, the Commonwealth Secretary-General, and heads of state and governments from across Africa, Asia, and Europe.
His activism extends beyond global podiums—he is the youngest youth activist in Pakistan’s history to advocate for transgender rights, contributing directly to the passage of Pakistan’s landmark Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2018. He also founded and led multiple global initiatives, including the COVID-19 Youth Task Force (mobilizing youth from 40+ countries) and the Global Strategic Institute for Sustainable Development (GSISD).
A prolific communicator, Qaiser has authored more than 2,000 articles in leading international newspapers and journals, shaping debates on climate change, human rights, and youth leadership. He has appeared in 1,000+ television shows, interviews, and exclusive broadcastsworldwide, becoming a strong voice for youth empowerment and global dignity.
With travel to over 60 countries across all continents (except Antarctica), Qaiser brings unparalleled cross-cultural insight to his work. His negotiation and project management skills have also secured advocacy and development projects worth USD 10 million.
