Kaleem Ehsan is a seasoned Advocate High Court with over a decade of experience in litigation, arbitration, and corporate advisory. He has represented leading national organizations, multinational corporations, and government entities in complex commercial, construction, and infrastructure-related matters in Pakistan and internationally. He has significant expertise in international and domestic arbitration, including FIDIC-based disputes, and has successfully represented clients in high-value arbitrations exceeding USD 40 million, including proceedings before the International Dispute Resolution Centre (IDRC), London. Kaleem has also advised on and drafted high-value EPC, O&M, and commercial contracts, including projects in the power, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
